Description
Lucian Thum has joined forces with Fundia and ROM to built an 8 storey officebuilding in Duesseldorf. While Fundia is responsible for the shell construction and ROM for all technical equipment, Lucian Thum is serving as the general contractor for the basic fitout and at a later stage for the tenant fitouts.
